Nina Eshuis (1996) worked as an intern at the Tobacco Investigations Desk (Onderzoeksredactie Tabak), the predecessor of The Investigative Desk, in 2017, and at newspaper de Volkskrant in 2019. She acquired a bachelor’s degree in cultural anthropology and will obtain her MA in journalism at the University of Amsterdam in 2020. Eshuis currently works for The Investigative Desk on projects related to the tobacco industry.
