NVWA announces 19 fines to tobacco manufacturers for paying – illegal – sales bonuses

The NVWA (Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority) will impose 19 fines to tobacco manufacturers who gave discounts and paid bonuses to tobacco retailers.
